Dave & Jane // 3.25.17
Dave & Jane were a very hands on couple when it came to planning their wedding day. The couple wanted to make sure that their wedding day fully included what made them as individuals and as a couple. The couple accomplished this by mixing both Chinese, Vietnamese and Western wedding traditions to make their day perfect.
Jane wore a traditional tea ceremony outfit for that morning, which was just one of the three outfits she would be wearing that day. The Tea Ceremony was an intimate gathering of close friends and family.
The bride and groom started their wedding day with a traditional tea ceremony, which included the bridal party handing off gifts for the families, games for the groomsmen and the bride and groom serving tea to their family members.
Immediately following the tea ceremony, Dave & Jane continued their wedding day with a Western ceremony. They said their vows to each other in front of their family and friends at The Greens Country Club.
Dave & Jane wanted all of their guests to feel included on their special day. With the help of a drone, all of the guests gathered outside immediately following the ceremony so that the bride and groom could capture everyone that was there.
The bride & groom knew that family members would want to take pictures of them during the ceremony, but didn't want it to be a distraction to other guests. The couple provided a few minutes before the ceremony started to provide time for these pictures to be taken.
As per their style, the bride and groom outdid themselves with their grand entrance into the reception at Hy Asian Palace. Gathering the entire bridal party into a conga line to finish off their entrance.
